3. Clinical Decision Support, with Human Oversight

Akasiio supports clinicians; it does not make clinical decisions. Every output is reviewed by a clinician, and the customer defines the intended use of each workflow and remains responsible for clinical decisions and for any accreditation or certification required in its jurisdiction. Akasiio is not marketed as a medical device.

4. Illustrative Material

Example answers, scenarios, diagrams and figures on this site are illustrative and use synthetic data. They are not real patient data, not real model output and not a guarantee of performance. Any performance in your organisation depends on your data, your configuration and your own evaluation.

5. No Offer or Commitment

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Descriptions of features, timelines and pricing are indicative and may change. Commitments are made only in a signed agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Akasiio and XePlatform names, logos, text, design and diagrams on this site belong to Xenium Cloud Technologies or its licensors. You may read, share and quote the content with attribution, but you may not copy the design or reproduce substantial parts for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Names

Third-party product names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Naming them describes compatibility or the technologies we work with, and does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless expressly stated.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping that burdens the service, no interference with its operation, and no use for unlawful purposes. Please do not submit patient data or other sensitive personal data through this site.
